Marlon Duiven (1983) grew up in Drenthe and has been working as an HR advisor at Holland Payroll since August 2015. Together with her colleagues she is the first point of contact for our clients and co-workers.

Marlon graduated from Windesheim in Zwolle where she received her Human Resource Management diploma. She started as a consultant at FairFlex Onderwijs and after that came to Holland Payroll. Marlon is customer- and services focussed and her speciality is the placement and accompaniment of skilled migrants.
Marlon is responsible for the execution and monitoring of various (administrative) work processes and the reporting of payroll, transactions, contracts and registration of sick leave and the feedback of this with all the parties involved.
